Pleased to announce that we have reopened and we are ready to
welcome you into the shed for private yoga sessions.
All group classes are offered virtually.
We temporarily have only one in-studio space available until October 28th
as a result of government requirements.
For in-studio, please remember to bring your mask,
your mat and any props that you may need.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS AND SCHEDULE
We offer group classes, and specialized private and semi-private sessions
throughout the day to accommodate your busy schedule.
RISE
Tuesday 7:30 to 8:30

Morning Yoga is self care at its best. This class starts with a gentle wake up flow, and progresses into an energizing sequence. The practice of Yoga first thing in the morning heightens our energy level, gives us better focus, and helps us be less reactive to stress throughout the day.
ELDOA
*Available by demand for private sessions only
Eldoa is a unique fascial exercise technique that uses self-induced myofascial tension to target the decompression of virtually ANY joint. Anyone who wishes to improve their physical performance threshold or learn to appropriate their own healing processes can go beyond their own limits once they become aware of their body.

Moderate in pace and intensity, this class will help improve your flexibility, strength, and balance. We will bring awareness to the breath and discover how much further our body can move when aligned to our breath.
BREATHE
Wednesday 10:15 to 10:45
Take a thirty minute breath work break. Not to "just breathe" but to practice specific breathing techniques such a kapalabhati breath, alternate nostril breathing, breath retention, etc.
We will learn the technique, practice it together and finish with five minutes of meditation. Log off feeling energized, clear headed and ready to take on the rest of your day.
