Our outdoor yoga season is finally here!
We have 25 spaces available for yoga in the park.
Location: Parc de l'Esplanade de la Pointe Nord
*If it rains, the outdoor class will be switched to in-studio
or you may join us virtually on zoom.
Regularly scheduled live virtual class
available on Tuesday evenings at 19:30.
Five in-studio spaces available
for indoor classes and private yoga sessions.
For in-studio, please remember to bring your mask,
your mat and any props that you may need.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS AND SCHEDULE
We offer group classes, and specialized private and semi-private sessions
throughout the day to accommodate your busy schedule.
Monday 7:15 to 8:15
Thursday 7:15 to 8:15
Morning Yoga is self care at its best. This class starts with a gentle wake up flow, and progresses into an energizing sequence. The practice of Yoga first thing in the morning heightens our energy level, gives us better focus, and helps us be less reactive to stress throughout the day.
Tuesday 9:00 to 10:00
Friday 9:00 to 10:00
Saturday 9:30 to 10:30
Moderate in pace and intensity, this class will help improve your flexibility, strength, and balance. We will bring awareness to the breath and discover how much further our body can move when aligned to our breath.
Thursday 20:00 to 21:00
A return to how it all started at The Shed. An intimate class setting, five students, guided by breath and music that awakens the spirit as we move together. Attendance is in-studio and is not offered virtually so that we may be more present. Join us to disconnect from distraction
and tune into Self.
Tuesday 19:30 to 20:30
An evening yoga class which brings awareness to the body and its natural alignment. Learn how to find the balance between opposing muscle groups and build a stable supportive practice.
